Grade 5 have started their Rhythmic Gymnastics unit. Students will inquiry into gymnastics movements using a hoop, ball and ribbon. Students will connect their movement patterns to create a sequence.
Lines of inquiry
• The different techniques of the following fundamental movements concepts:
balance, shape, roll, turn, jump, land
• Study and practise these techniques in a safe and efficient sequence
• Create a sequence using a range of physical movements, with hoop, ball or ribbon.Teacher Questions
